Y Phlow – Account Deletion Request

At Y Phlow, we respect your privacy and your control over your data.
If you wish to permanently delete your Account and all associated data, you may submit a deletion request using the instructions below.
What Will Be Deleted
When a deletion request is processed, the following will be permanently removed from our systems:

The Account and user details
-
All the Phlows you have created
-
All Statistics
-
All History for your phlows
-
Your information from Phlows you participated in
-
All the invitations you created.
This action is irreversible.
Every user of the app has multiple data delete options
1️⃣ Immediate Full Account Deletion

Open Y Phlow
-
Navigate to Account Settings
-
Select Delete Account
-
Confirm deletion
This action:
-
Permanently deletes all your information
-
Deletes all your created Phlows
-
Deletes all the statistics for all your Phlows

Deletes your details from all the Phlows you participated in
-
Removes all associated account data
Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
3️⃣ Deletion by Email (If You Cannot Access the App)
If you:

Cannot access the app, or
-
Need assistance with account-related deletion
You may send a deletion request to:
Please include:

The email address associated with your Y Phlow account
-
The name of the Account (if known)
-
The subject line: "Y Phlow [Name] Deletion Request"
For security purposes, deletion requests must be sent from the email address associated with the account.
Requests are reviewed and processed within 7 business days.
Data Retention After Deletion
After deletion of a family:

All Your account data is permanently removed from active systems
-
Minimal records may be retained if required by applicable law (e.g., fraud prevention or regulatory compliance)

Retained data, if any, is not used for operational purposes
