End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Yahalom Software (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) regarding your use of the Y SURVEY mobile application (“App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Content Standards, Moderation, Reporting, and Enforcement (Family-Safe Service)

This app is a public survey creation and sharing platform and is intended to remain family-safe. To help maintain a safe environment, we use automated tools, including AI-based content moderation, to detect and restrict content that may be inappropriate, harmful, illegal, or otherwise in violation of these Terms. When our automated systems flag content or activity as potentially problematic, we may limit visibility, suspend publication, or route the content and/or account activity for review by a human moderator. The app also provides a “Report Inappropriate” option on each survey view so users can report content that may violate these Terms. Attempts to upload, publish, or distribute malicious, abusive, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited content—or attempts to bypass or interfere with moderation—may result in enforcement actions at our sole discretion, including removal of content, restrictions on features, temporary suspension, or termination of your account, and, where appropriate, additional measures permitted by law.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it.

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

  • Use the App in any unlawful manner or in violation of applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including all content, trademarks, and related intellectual property, are owned by the Company or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or the Company. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies from your devices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
